Disinfection Conveyor
- It is a two-stage treatment scheme.
- In the first stage, the free moisture which is basically the food of the mould is evaporated by flowing dry air with 30-35% humidity at 40-45°C
- In the second stage, the shoes pass under strongly required intensity UV lamps which breaks the cells of the mould.
- Furthermore, the conveyor does not run continuously. It is intermittent, which gives more time for reaction.
- In this way, the system is very effective in comparison to the available systems in the market.
